Prop 8 Declared Unconstitutional in 9th Circuit Court! Another Step for Marriage Equality.

Yesterday, California's Prop 8 was declared unconstitutional in the Federal 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. (Yay!) California had and lost Marriage Equality. This recent decision declares that revoking human rights is unconstitutional.
In New York, I celebrate the legal weddings of a lot of lesbian and gay couples from all over the world. I believe in equal marriage absolutely. Love is limitless, and restricted in practice only by circumstance.

Marriage is the name that society gives to the relationship that matters most between two adults. A rose by any other name may smell as sweet, but to the couple desiring to enter into a committed lifelong relationship, a marriage by the name of ‘registered domestic partnership’ does not.
